Job summary

Deckers Brands, Together, Every Step is how we continue to deliver exceptional business results. The Retail Operations Project Manager will lead store openings, relocations, pop-ups and operational improvements across the EMEA region, partnering with stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.

You’ll act as a key coordinator to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards across our retail organisation.

Qualifications

Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to deliver projects successfully.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver operations projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of retail operations projects across the EMEA region from planning to launch.
Develop project plans, critical paths, dashboards and trackers for execution.
Collaborate with Retail Ops, Expansion, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, VM, Supply Chain, People teams, and store leadership.
Ensure on-time delivery within budget and brand standards.
Drive continuous improvement across the business.
