Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Retail Operations Project Manager to lead and deliver retail operations projects across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with diverse teams to ensure stores are set up for success from day one, spanning openings, relocations, pop-ups, and improvements.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and on-time delivery with a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment. A highly organized candidate will thrive with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering projects successfully.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational and customer experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of retail operations projects across the EMEA region, from planning through to launch and post-project review.
• Develop project plans, critical paths, milestone trackers, dashboards, and communication tools for successful execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Expansion, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People teams, and store leadership to align priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand and operational standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Support new store openings, pop-ups, relocations, and change initiatives to create seamless experiences for store teams and customers.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and sharing best practices across the business.
