• Significant leadership experience in resource management and workforce planning.
• Experience managing global or multi-regional delivery resources.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience using AI/analytics to improve demand forecasting and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Fitch Learning’s global full-time faculty and external resources.
• Align capacity with forecasted demand, revenue, and priorities; identify skills gaps and hiring needs.
• Establish a global faculty quality framework and governance across training delivery.
• Drive modern resource planning with AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve utilization and economics.
• Partner with senior leaders to manage governance, reporting, and contractor relationships.
