Fitch Learning is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Strategic Resource Management based in London. The role leads global full-time faculty and oversees external delivery resources, shaping capabilities, capacity, quality, and economics of Fitch Learning’s delivery model to support growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with Product Strategy and other senior leaders, driving workforce planning, data-driven forecasting, and partner governance to optimize utilization and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in resource management.
• Led and developed employed delivery professionals in a global or multi-regional organisation.
• Experience managing delivery performance, including utilization and quality.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling platforms and analytics.
• Experience using AI or data-driven tools for forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead global full-time faculty population and oversee capacity management.
• Align resource capacity with forecasted demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Establish a global faculty quality framework with accreditation and feedback.
• Drive modern resource planning using AI, analytics, and automation.
• Partner with senior leaders to manage governance, costs, and reporting.
