Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to oversee Clio Operate’s global resource demand, capacity, and utilisation across EMEA, NAMER, and APAC, ensuring optimal staffing for the sales pipeline, partner pipeline, Customer Success Initiatives, and Service Desk elements.

You will lead planning, capability development, and forecasting to maximise profitability and efficiency, with a background in large professional services and strong communication skills as essential requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, resource planning, or consulting within a large Professional Services organisation.
• Strategic thinking to align team capacity with long-term business goals.
• Analytical skills to forecast and optimise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in resource management software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Resource Planning and Allocation: Oversee resource demand, capacity, and utilisation across regions (EMEA, NAMER, APAC).
• Talent and Capability Management: Develop and manage staffing capabilities to support growth and projects.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor performance and provide forecasts to maximise profitability and efficiency.
