Clio Operate is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to oversee resource demand, supply, and utilisation across EMEA, NAMER, and APAC. The role ensures optimal staffing for sales, customer success initiatives, and the service desk, coordinating internal and partner teams.

The position emphasizes forward planning, capability development, and profitability through capacity planning and strategic staffing across regions.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in project management, resource planning, or consulting within a large and complex Professional Services organisation.

Responsibilities

Resource Planning and Allocation: Review demand with PS leadership, sales, and CS to assign people with the right skills to projects.
Forecast future staffing needs and forward-plan resource supply to ensure headcount is ready.
Talent and Capability Management: define regional role requirements, coordinate hiring and training plans across regions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: track billable/non-billable hours and provide data to senior management on utilisation and project status.
