Ecolab, a leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies, seeks a senior technical expert for ion exchange resins and polymer resins to optimize global manufacturing. You will lead cross‑functional projects across multiple regions, driving continuous improvements in product quality, batch consistency, productivity and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong collaboration with RD&E, Marketing and Supply Chain, and travel up to 50% to support sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemical/science field is required.
• 5–15 years of experience with ion exchange resins, polymer resins and water purification technologies.
• Strong knowledge of polymerization, cross‑linking, and related chemical manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in chemical production facilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver measurable improvements from strategic manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across global production sites and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RD&E, and Supply Chain to evaluate new products and technologies.
• Train and mentor site teams in Six Sigma, SPC, and data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure safety and drive cost efficiency and product quality improvements.
