Job summary

Ecolab, a leader in cleaning and disinfection solutions for pharma, seeks a Global Portfolio Marketing Manager to build and drive the portfolio strategy for CIP-COP solutions targeting pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role reports to the Global Marketing Lead for Pharma and can be based in France, UK, Germany or Spain.

You will own the portfolio, develop global marketing plans, coordinate with Supply Chain and R&D, and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Marketing or science with strong knowledge of pharma markets.
• 8+ years in pharma portfolio management and familiarity with decision makers.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and data analysis.
• Experience in global/European regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a full portfolio of CIP-COP solutions to hit sales and profit targets.
• Develop and execute the global marketing plan for the portfolio.
• Support segment strategies and drive product launches with forecasting and availability.
• Gather market insights and inform short- and long-term product development.
• Lead cross-functional projects including regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, and external partners on messaging and launches.
• Train sales teams on product topics and communicate market insights.
• Analyse data across channels and track portfolio success metrics.
