Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Proven experience using SQL for data analysis
• Experience working across tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements with data-driven improvements
• Experience in building repeatable processes and automation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data delivery
• Monitor fielding progress and troubleshoot issues
• Support panel recruitment, maintenance, and engagement across markets
• Manage vendor relationships to keep studies on track
• Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and templates
• Contribute to AI-powered automation tools that improve reporting workflows
