Job summary

Amazon Digital UK Limited’s Prime Video Research Services team is seeking a Research Operations Manager to own the technical execution of surveys from programming through deployment, manage panel operations, and help build AI-powered tools that automate reporting.

You will partner with researchers, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure studies are fielded on time and to spec, combining operational excellence with a passion for research methodology at the intersection of

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and SQL.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.
Experience in program or project management.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

Manage a region and drive the content testing agenda across 7 markets.
Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data delivery.
Support panel activities: recruitment, maintenance, and engagement across global markets.
Monitor fielding progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships to keep studies on track.
Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and templates.
Contribute to AI-powered automation tools that improve research reporting and operational efficiency.
