Amazon Digital Uk Limited is seeking a Research Operations Manager to join the Prime Video & Studios Research Services team. You will own the technical execution of surveys from programming through deployment, manage panel operations, and help build AI-powered tools that automate reporting workflows.

This hands-on role requires a passion for research methods and operational excellence across global markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working across tech and non-tech teams to drive results.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to identify improvements.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data delivery.
• Support panel activities: recruitment, maintenance, and engagement across global markets.
• Monitor fielding progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships to keep studies on track.
• Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and templates.
• Contribute to AI-powered automation tools that improve research reporting and operational efficiency.
