Job summary

Amazon in the United Kingdom is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead projects ensuring high availability of automated systems across delivery stations. You will drive reliability improvements, standardisation, and deployment of new equipment from concept to deployment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Process Improvement, Health and Safety, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are required to navigate diverse priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent, or technical internship.
  • Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive projects to deliver reliability, ergonomics, cost and resource benefits EU-wide.
  • Increase standardisation within the network of delivery stations and future design.
  • Optimize equipment/processes and support expansion from concept to deployment.
  • Prepare and chair reports and business cases for senior leadership.
