Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to promote best practices in Reliability Engineering on a global scale. You will train teams, facilitate analyses, and deploy Design for Reliability tools across sites and products.

You will work with distributed teams, adapt to diverse cultures, and sometimes travel for face-to-face collaboration where beneficial. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving continuous improvement in reliability practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering, quality or science degree or equivalent demonstrated through substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reliability analyses and deploy established reliability engineering tools across projects.
• Deliver training on Design for Reliability tools and methods for project teams.
• Expand a global network to promote best practices and enable their effective use across sites.
• Collaborate with NPI, Technology, Operations and Service to overcome barriers to adoption of reliability tools.
• Develop and deliver automated reporting content for stakeholders to improve decision making.
