Job summary

Novanta in Stockport, United Kingdom seeks a Reliability Engineer to own product reliability across the lifecycle, driving validation, advanced failure analysis and data-driven decisions. You will shape reliability strategy and influence future design while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and Quality leaders.

The role emphasizes ownership beyond testing, including accelerated life testing, life-data modelling and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Candidates should bring experience in reliability engineering across product lifecycle.
• Experience with Weibull and life-data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and manufacturing transfers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reliability qualification strategies.
• Develop accelerated life testing methodologies.
• Perform Weibull analysis and life-data modelling.
• Analyse field, manufacturing and warranty data.
• Lead complex product failure investigations.
• Build reliability dashboards and predictive analytics tools.
