Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking a Recruitment Training Director to lead the development of our consultants across Leeds, Dubai and the US. The role demands extensive executive search experience, a proven billing history and a hands-on approach to training across international offices.

You will design graduate programmes and senior training, collaborate with Directors to raise performance, and travel frequently to support teams globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive search experience, senior placements focus.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment or training leadership.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing recruiters.
• Experience designing and delivering measurable training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment training strategy across Leeds, Dubai and US operations.
• Design and deliver graduate training programmes to develop entry-level consultants into billers.
• Coach and collaborate with Dubai team to boost performance and billings.
• Partner with Directors to identify development opportunities and implement commercially focused training.
• Deliver hands-on coaching across the executive search lifecycle and measure impact.
