Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination.
• Experience supporting a global recruitment or talent acquisition team.
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with job descriptions, details, itineraries and logistical info.
• Liaise with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and stakeholders to coordinate interviews.
• Organise and document post-interview feedback and debrief sessions.
