We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting the recruitment function of a leading global investment bank in London.

The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from interview scheduling through to onboarding. You will work closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams and other stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of coordination throughout the hiring journey.
You will be responsible for keeping recruitment activity organised, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and providing candidates with a professional and positive experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant job descriptions, interview details, itineraries and logistical information.
- Liaise with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate interviews effectively.
- Organise, facilitate and document post-interview feedback and debrief sessions.
- Prepare and distribute daily interview reports to relevant recruitment teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client's HR and recruitment teams.
- Coordinate and prepare candidate documentation required for offers and onboarding.
- Manage unsolicited and referral applications, ensuring candidate information is accurately maintained.
- Maintain clear, timely and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of different business areas, team structures and organisational cultures to help candidates better understand the opportunities they are being considered for.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support sourcing and recruitment activities, including identifying qualified candidates and maintaining talent networks.
- Stay informed of recruitment trends, market developments and innovative recruitment practices.
- Support university and campus recruitment initiatives, including posting opportunities, managing applications and coordinating related activities.
- Build relationships with universities, professional organisations and other talent networks to support future recruitment needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, client leaders, vendors and external partners to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
- Assist with additional recruitment projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and gathering interview feedback.
- Experience supporting a global recruitment or talent acquisition team.
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and highly detail-oriented environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and keep stakeholders informed.
