A growing recruitment agency is seeking 2x Recruitment Consultants in Leeds. This full-time role offers an OTE of over £45,000 in the first year and can escalate to £100,000 by year three, alongside uncapped commission and various benefits. Responsibilities include managing a recruitment desk, developing leads, and building industry relationships. Ideal candidates are motivated, financially driven, and have at least 8 months experience in recruitment or related customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for at least 8 months.
• Background in Recruitment, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Sales.
• Ability to confidently communicate with diverse individuals.
