Job summary

Osiris Recruitment is seeking a Railway Civil Work Design Manager to lead the design phase of ambitious rail civil engineering projects. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive design plans for tracks, bridges, tunnels, stations, and related structures.

You will ensure designs meet safety, regulatory standards, and budgets while mentoring a team of designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• PE license or equivalent certification.
• At least 15 years of railway civil engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of railway standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
