Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, HR, or transportation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in railway operations, preferably in training or instructional roles.
• Knowledge of railway safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage railway training programs.
• Create training materials, manuals, and multimedia content.
• Evaluate and update materials to reflect regulatory changes and technology.
• Conduct needs assessments and skills gap analyses with stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain records of training completion and certifications.
