Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an experienced project leader for the Brakes & Couplers Project Management group. You will drive execution from initiation to completion, ensuring on-schedule delivery within budget and contractual requirements.

You will serve as primary customer contact, coordinating internal resources and communicating performance to leadership. The role includes risk, contract, and change management, with a focus on achieving strong financial performance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive project execution from initiation through completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact, managing relationships and expectations.
• Oversee financial performance in partnership with project financial controllers.
• Lead bid phase activities and develop project execution plans.
• Oversee field implementation and commissioning with field services teams.
• Monitor fleet performance during warranty and manage retrofit activities if required.
