SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an experienced project professional to lead Finance transformation initiatives in Greater London.

The role focuses on turning business objectives into actionable project roadmaps, aligning finance processes, systems, and teams for enterprise-wide delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong finance background, proven governance capabilities, and experience with ERP platforms (Workday preferred).

• Experience leading Finance transformation projects within corporate environments.
• Ability to translate business objectives into structured roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting capabilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Global Finance Transformation programme portfolio with priorities, schedules and delivery status.
• Develop scalable intake, governance, prioritisation and planning frameworks.
• Lead finance-related transformation projects across Finance, Accounting and Technology.
• Establish robust project governance, RAID, steering committees and executive updates.
• Facilitate meetings, document status updates, decisions and action tracking.
• Collaborate with systems administration, process optimisation and operations teams to improve delivery.
