Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Global Operational Quality and Systems Manager to strengthen operational quality across its Semiconductor divisions. You will define strategy, lead cross-entity improvements, and partner with leaders to ensure robust CTQ processes and risk-based controls.

Based in the Burgess Hill area with hybrid work, the role requires leadership across global teams, data-driven decision making, and a drive to deliver measurable quality improvements across products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quality management within engineering/manufacturing or service environments.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, quality systems and auditing.
• Practical use of quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, SPC or MSA.
• Data-driven with ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Proven track record of leading change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the cross-entity operational quality strategy and improvement roadmap.
• Own the quality capability framework and maturity across Product Companies and Customer Centres.
• Drive inspection/test process effectiveness with cross-functional teams.
• Lead internal audit program and use findings to drive systemic improvements.
• Report on operational quality performance and improvement benefits to senior management.
