Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Global Operational Quality and Systems Manager to strengthen operational quality across its semiconductor divisions. You will define strategy, lead capability development, and drive cross-entity improvements to deliver high-quality products and solutions for customers.

You will embed processes into the Business Management System, work with global teams, and travel internationally as needed to ensure consistency and quality across regions.

Formación

• Strong experience in quality management, ideally within engineering/manufacturing or service environments.
• Experience improving quality performance across teams, sites or regions; knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS/auditing.
• Practical experience with quality and problem-solving tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC or MSA.
• Confidence using data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities; proven change leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• An engineering degree or equivalent qualification; ability to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead cross-entity operational quality strategy and improvement roadmap with leaders.
• Own the operational quality capability framework and maturity assessments across Product Companies and centers.
• Identify and improve CTQ processes, implement controls, inspection methods and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead deployment of best practices, tracking adoption and improvements in performance and customer outcomes.
• Embed quality processes into the Business Management System and ensure alignment with ISO and regulatory requirements.
• Report operational quality performance and risks to divisional leadership and drive improvements.
