Bacardi is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a multi-disciplined quality team across eight UK locations. The role is part of the Global Quality Core team, shaping strategies and driving best practices in Quality Systems, HACCP and ISO standards.

You will own quality KPIs, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma. Strong leadership in a global matrix organisation and a degree in Quality/Engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in quality within a Global FMCG operation.
• Strong communication at all levels in a global matrix organization.
• Proven success implementing organizational change and quality strategies.
• Practical knowledge of HACCP, risk management, CAPA and auditing.
• Degree or professional qualification in Quality, Engineering, Business/Operations or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Quality strategy and annual plans aligned with Bacardi objectives.
• Lead, develop and coach the Quality team across UK operations.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System across UK locations.
• Ensure compliance with Bacardi standards and ISO 9001/FSSC 22000 where applicable.
• Lead CI programmes using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven decision making.
• Drive reduction of defects, complaints, non-conformances and waste.
• Own and improve Quality KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Oversee supplier quality, monitoring, escalation and CAPA actions.
• Lead investigations into significant quality incidents and root-cause analyses.
• Support NPD and lifecycle management with Quality input.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Global Quality teams.
