Job summary

The People Co. in London is seeking a passionate Quality Manager to drive product quality and safety across multiple manufacturing sites in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will champion best practice, lead continuous improvement, audit suppliers, and help develop consistent processes within the supply network while ensuring compliance with retailer standards and CSR commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or quality roles within FMCG (ideally food or drink).
• Solid understanding of quality systems, legislation, HACCP, risk assessment and auditing.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, detail-focused approach.
• Logical problem-solving and clear communication.
• Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.

The Role
