Bacardi UK is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic programmes and monitor the External Supply network to support ongoing growth and resilience. The role requires leading cross-functional teams across regions, owners of programme outcomes and accountability for delivering measurable benefits.

You will shape roadmaps, forge partnerships with suppliers and ensure safety, quality and cost efficiency while aligning with long-term business priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven leadership delivering high-impact programmes with strategic/financial impact across functions.
• Accountable for end-to-end outcomes, benefits realisation and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong financial acumen: business cases, budgeting and value delivery.
• Experience managing supplier networks and external manufacturing partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic programmes from concept through implementation and benefit realisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, regional/global stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable business results.
• Manage governance, risks, resources and escalation for programme momentum.
• Own UK External Supply strategy, partner network and performance objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and capability development across the external network.
