Zusammenfassung

TRIP is seeking a Quality Manager to own and drive our global quality management system across drinks and supplements. You will partner with the Sr. Director of Quality, Regulatory & Technical and liaise with co‑manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and markets in the UK, US and EU.

You will lead product specifications, COA management, testing programs and quality KPIs, while contributing to new product development with technical input. Some travel to UK/US sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a quality or technical role within consumer goods — functional beverages / dietary supplements.
• Experience with co-packers or contract manufacturers across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, prerequisite programmes and food safety certifications.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and continuously improve TRIP’s global QMS, HACCP and CAPA log under the Sr. Director.
• Lead supplier audits and KPI programs for ingredients, packaging and finished goods.
• Operate COA management and ensure finished product standards with global co‑manufacturers.
• Support incident management, CAPA and recall readiness across regions.
