Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an industrial environment with quality assurance focus.
• Experience managing teams in continuous operation settings.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all quality and food safety issues and control measures across the plant.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead the ISO Quality Management System and food safety programs.
• Coordinate with production to meet customer specifications and drive improvements.
• Train personnel on quality procedures and ISO/HACCP standards.
