Qualifications

• Qualified actuary or equivalent technical insurance background with strategic remit.
• Experience in life insurance or reinsurance with commercial exposure.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new markets, segments and commercial opportunities.
• Lead development of global products and propositions.
• Shape Protection strategy across multiple international markets.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with regional Client Solutions teams to share ideas.
• Support senior leadership with strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Contribute to divisional strategy projects and Key client workshops.
• Link markets to ensure strongest ideas are leveraged globally.
