Job summary

Goodman Masson is assisting a leading global life reinsurer in recruiting a Senior Manager/AVP to drive the Savings & Retirement business across Continental Europe. The role blends actuarial expertise with client relationship management, transaction structuring and business development.

You will identify opportunities, lead complex reinsurance transactions, and work with pricing, investments and governance. London-based with EU travel and senior stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified actuary with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Savings & Retirement business across Continental Europe.
• Lead structuring, pricing and execution of complex reinsurance transactions.
• Engage with senior executives, mentor juniors and collaborate with international teams.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to European growth strategy.
• Work with pricing, investments and governance to deliver tailored solutions.
