Job summary

Hager seeks a Global Project Business Quality Leader to build and run a transformative quality model for complex power distribution projects. You will align R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure the complete solution performs as designed across specification, engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

The role requires broad expertise in quality governance, ISO 9001, 8D and root-cause analysis, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction,

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field.
• Significant experience leading quality, engineering or operations within international, project-driven industrial environments.
• Strong exposure to complex electrical systems, engineered solutions, applications or similar projects.
• Understanding of system, solution and application quality beyond product conformity.
• Proven experience with customer quality, field quality, complaints and warranty topics.
• Knowledge of quality governance, risk management and standards such as ISO 9001 and CE requirements.
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define the Global Project Business Quality Model with governance across the full lifecycle.
• Strengthen quality at solution and application level, integrating hardware, software and engineering choices.
• Lead handling of customer complaints, field issues and escalations with containment and corrective actions.
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality by identifying drivers and implementing preventive measures.
• Lead and develop the Project Business quality organization and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Make quality performance visible through dashboards and project reviews for leadership and groups.
