Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) to lead the governance of project quality from proposal to delivery for a major energy manufacturing client. You will establish Quality Management Plans, oversee ITPs, and manage non-conformances to reduce costs while upholding customer deliverables.

The role carries Stop Work authority and requires coaching cross-functional teams to foster a proactive, customer-focused quality culture across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience evaluating and approving project Quality Gates with Stop Work authority.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, process controls, and project-specific quality standards.
• Experience leading CAPA, RCA, non-conformance workflows and cost reduction.
• Experience with audits (internal, regional, customer) and cross-functional coaching.

Responsibilities

• Formally review and approve project Quality Gate milestones.
• Issue Quality Stop Work orders when risks arise.
• Reject gates requiring rectification and ensure timely closure.
• Create Project Quality Management Plans and ITPs.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement CAPA.
• Coach project teams to embed quality culture.
• Support internal and external audits.
