Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Project Administrator (Programme Specialist) to support Commercial Engagement programmes. You will help plan and run global events, coordinating with internal teams and partners across London, Cambridge, or Hyderabad on a hybrid basis.

You will manage event websites/apps, governance and communications, webinars, and content uploads, while coordinating procurement and stakeholder engagement. A background in industrial software and strong organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Support Commercial Engagement Programmes globally.
• Enable commercial events for internal teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain event websites/apps (Swoogo/Amego).
• Governance, execution and analysis of comms (Outlook/Poppulo).
• Plan and support webinars and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and partner webinars and communications.
• Plan and execute hybrid events, in-person and virtual.
• Manage content for webinars and on-demand uploads (PACE/OneSpace).
• Oversee procurement for Commercial Enablement (Oracle).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
