What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

• You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
• Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
• You ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
• Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
• Stakeholder management - Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team, across geographies to understand business trends and forecasts and consolidate input to management.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
• Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
• Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
• This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
