What will you be doing?

As the Senior Salesforce Developer & Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading & Mentoring: Guide and inspire a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  2. Design & Development: Create, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  3. Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  4. Salesforce CPQ Solutions: Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes.
  5. Optimizing Customer Operations: Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to enhance customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities.
  6. Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.
  8. Mentorship: Train junior developers and team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
  9. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems.
What are we looking for?

We’re excited to find candidates who have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I & II or CPQ Specialist.
  • Significant Salesforce development experience, including CPQ implementation and customization.
  • Proven skills in Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and development tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong mentoring skills and a commitment to best practices in Salesforce.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
