Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Project Manager within Global Equities to lead and manage strategic programs from conception to execution. You will collaborate with Equities Operations Transformation and multiple business units to drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and communication skills, along with knowledge of financial markets and a track record of delivering on strategic PM programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex programs from inception to execution.
• Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services.
• Experience in project governance and stakeholder management.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving abilities in a PM context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across Equities and Prime to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with appropriate resources and milestones.
• Maintain governance processes for accurate, timely delivery and auditable records.
• Regularly communicate progress, risks and issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with risk, control and firm-wide guidelines.
