Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Model Risk Management – Program Management – Associate to support the MRGR Chief Operating Office in designing, implementing, and executing the firm’s model risk management framework. You will help manage the model review book of work, oversee estimation risk committees, and contribute to model risk monitoring and reporting.

You will coordinate with policy, product, and technology teams to enhance model risk policies, procedures, and product/technology.

Qualifications

• Proven project and program management capabilities.
• Understanding of risk management and Three Lines of Defense in large organizations.
• Experience with model risk or model development functions is valuable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize data and present to senior audiences.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
• Keen intellectual curiosity and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Support model risk coverage activities for MRGR lines of business and prepare material for Risk Committees.
• Monitor and report model risk metrics and escalate breaches when needed.
• Coordinate with MRGR policy and product/technology teams to improve processes.
• Help manage CCAR and regulatory/audit deliverables and associated workflows.
• Collaborate with COO teams to implement tactical or strategic enhancements.
