Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Global Production Scheduling Process Expert to join the Supply Chain Planning Centre of Excellence. This senior role shapes how Haleon designs, deploys and sustains production scheduling across its global manufacturing network, with a focus on finite capacity planning, sequencing and changeover optimisation.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in production scheduling including finite scheduling logic, sequencing and changeover optimisation.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to build KPI dashboards and drive action plans.
• Experience in process design, Lean Six Sigma and standardisation across sites.
• Project and programme management experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Cross-functional leadership and change management capabilities in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scheduling standards and procedures across sites.
• Define and deploy Daily Management Standards and Daily Direction Setting for scheduling.
• Develop and monitor KPI scorecards and drive improvements in schedule adherence and stability.
• Coordinate data, systems and digital tools for advanced scheduling and optimisation.
• Support rollout of process, system and scorecard across manufacturing sites.
