Job summary

Haleon London seeks a Global Customer Planning & Execution Manager to enable robust customer-centric processes and drive adoption of SAP TSM/CBP, aligning with the S4 transition. You will partner with the Global CCP&E Director to optimise how Haleon plans and executes for customers across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade investment management systems (SAP TPM preferred) and end-to-end commercial processes.
• Experience translating business needs into tech products or upgrades.
• Strong written and oral communication; frequent documentation updates.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritise and document enhancement requests; manage backlog in Jira and ServiceNow.
• Deploy enhancements; inform regional TSM managers and send release communications.
• Run Communities of Practice meetings; share best practices and engage super users.
• Collaborate with BAU teams to investigate and resolve ongoing issues for end users.
• Maintain global process documents and operating procedures in line with timelines.
• Test new features and perform regression testing before releases.
