Job summary

Haleon plc, based in London, seeks a Global Customer Planning & Execution Manager to enable effective customer-centric processes. You will work with the Global CP&E Director, driving adoption of SAP TSM/CBP, and play a key role in the transition to S4 while coordinating with enterprise transformation teams.

The role emphasizes enhancing processes, ensuring system design quality, and delivering improvements across Commercial and Finance teams globally.

Qualifications

• Experience of Trade investment management systems (preferably SAP TPM).
• Ability to translate business needs into tech products or upgrades.
• Strong written and oral communication, documentation updates.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Gather, prioritise, document enhancements and backlog.
• Product Deployment: Communicate enhancements to regional teams and users.
• Product Support & Adoption: Run Communities of Practice, share best practices.
• Product Issue Resolution: Collaborate with BAU teams to resolve issues.
• Product Documentation: Maintain global process documents in line with timelines.
• Product Testing: Test new features and perform regression testing.
• Enterprise Transformation & Change Management: Support S4 module design and changes.
