Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler in Luton, on site, to own the master production schedule, balance capacity and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You'll work across planning, purchasing, engineering, operations and customer service to turn demand into executable schedules.

This role requires strong production scheduling experience in manufacturing, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support OTIF delivery and lead recovery plans when performance is risked.
• Maintain scheduling parameters and ensure schedule accuracy and discipline.

Senior Production Scheduler

Are you an experienced Senior Production Scheduler looking for a role where you can take real ownership of the production plan and make a visible impact on factory performance?

We're looking for a Senior Production Scheduler to take responsibility for the master production schedule, ensuring priorities are clear, capacity is balanced and production remains on track to meet customer commitments.

This is a key role within the operation, working closely with Production Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service and SIOP to turn demand into realistic, executable production schedules.

As a Senior Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for:

• Owning and maintaining the Master Production Schedule


• Converting demand plans into achievable production schedules


• Balancing finite capacity across critical work centres


• Setting factory priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts


• Managing customer expedites and challenging unnecessary schedule changes


• Supporting OTIF delivery and leading recovery plans where performance is at risk


• Maintaining scheduling parameters and ensuring schedule accuracy and discipline

What we're looking for, as a Senior Production Scheduler:

• Strong experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment


• Excellent understanding of capacity planning and production priorities


• A confident communicator who can work effectively across multiple departments


• Someone who is organised, analytical and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment


• Epicor Global Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential
