Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a global Executive Director Product Lead for Structured Working Capital to own product strategy, P&L, and end-to-end delivery. You will drive innovative solutions and lead cross-functional teams across regions to meet customer needs.

The role requires deep experience in Trade & Working Capital, payments, and regulatory environments, with a track record of scaling products and managing large teams globally.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience in Trade & Working Capital, Payments, Investment Banking or Credit Risk.
• Experience working with regulators and local governance bodies.
• Extensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence product lifecycle activities and manage large global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets; Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives; Oversee business continuity resiliency plans.
• Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, commercialization, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving targets.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping methods, and product delivery; enable objective achievement.
• Manage product level P&L, balance sheet, RWA and capital planning, including forecasting and reconciliation.
• Ensure readiness for OCC and Audit; engage with Audit/Trade Controls and regulators.
