Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London seeks an Executive Director, Structured Working Capital Product Lead within Trade & Working Capital. You will own global product strategy, P&L and end‑to‑end delivery, challenging norms and driving innovation to meet customer needs.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage lifecycle stages from discovery to deployment, and partner with regulators to ensure compliance. This role demands strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and a proven ability to scale

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in a similar role delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience in Trade & Working Capital, Payments, Investment Banking or Credit Risk.
• Experience working with regulators and local governance bodies.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven experience managing large global teams and driving cross-regional collaboration.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and management skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet objectives; ensure business continuity.
• Leads the entire product life cycle from planning to commercialization.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices and delivery.
• Manage product-level P&L, balance sheet, RWA and capital.
• Ensure readiness for OCC and Audit; engage with Audit/Trade Controls.
• Serve as key connection with regulators and local governance bodies.
• Ensure products have regulatory, controls, and compliance signoff prior to launch.
• Manage Third Party Oversight (TPO) process and relationships.
• Research client and regional market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Partner with Technology and Product Delivery for digital platform strategy.
• Manage product governance, risk, and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
