• Experience managing change across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Procurement PMO, ensuring governance and performance tracking.
• Drive the Global Productivity Agenda partnering with category teams.
• Oversee implementation of the Spend Tracking Tool globally.
• Champion change management and build alignment across regional teams.
• Identify value creation opportunities beyond cost savings.
