Job summary

Ageas is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to support the pricing roadmap across the group, analysing data with advanced techniques and guiding pricing actions to drive volume and profit. The role includes international travel and collaboration with Belgium, Portugal and Turkey.

You will develop and validate models, prepare datasets, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders while influencing pricing strategy across local entities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of pricing experience in insurance.
• Highly proficient with SAS for data manipulation.
• Experience with R, Python, Matlab or Octave.
• Experience of Emblem and Radar.
• Ability to convey statistical concepts to non‑statistical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate pricing models across Ageas group operating companies.
• Develop and deliver datasets for modelling, pricing and pilots.
• Maintain pricing models and support deployment.
• Carry out pricing analyses and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local pricing teams on rate releases and live rate reviews.
• Combine MI and modelling results to assess current and future pricing performance.
• Deputise for the Senior Pricing Manager when required.
