Job summary

LEGO Group in London is seeking a strategic leader as Director, Global Portfolio Strategy & Planning. You will connect strategy, commercial insight and executive decision-making to enable efficient planning and delivery of RD programs.

The role sits on the Global Retail Development Leadership Team and shapes investments, store development and global rollouts. You will drive governance, prioritisation and performance across markets, collaborating with Finance, Real Estate and Operations.

Qualifications

• Retail Development Strategy & Commercial Leadership experience in retail/real estate or store development.
• Strong understanding of retail finance, CapEx/OpEx, budgets and ROI.
• Ability to assess portfolios, investments and priorities for senior leadership.
• Exceptional ability to craft concise executive narratives and materials.
• Proven credibility with VPs and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading across geographies and time zones in fast-moving environments.

• Portfolio Strategy Leadership & Governance – shape strategic agenda and multi-year roadmap.
