Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Director, Global Demand Planning to own the demand planning capability across regions, channels and horizons. You will define the future operating model, governance and capability roadmap, connecting commercial decisions with operational execution at a global scale.

You will lead transformation, establish standards, drive forecast accuracy, and align cross-functional stakeholders while building a high-performing team in a globally connected function.
