You will partner with global RD and finance teams, aligning on multi-year roadmaps, governance, and delivery across markets, formats and real estate strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail, real estate, store development or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the function's strategic agenda and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate priorities into an integrated roadmap for leadership review.
• Provide commercial and financial rigour to decisions on store development and investments.
• Lead investment planning, budgeting, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
• Turn complex information into clear executive narratives and materials.
