• Retail Development Strategy & Commercial Leadership – Significant experience in retail, real estate or store development, connecting growth strategy and commercial performance.
• Strong Retail Finance Capability – Deep understanding of store development economics, CapEx/OpEx, budgets and ROI.
• Strategic Portfolio & Investment Management – Ability to assess priorities and investment trade-offs for senior leaders.
• Executive Communication & Strategic Storytelling – Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive materials.
• Senior Stakeholder Management & Influence – Experience working with VPs and senior directors across functions.
• Global Leadership & Organisational Agility – Comfortable operating across geographies and time zones.
